The documents, procedures and processes in the ISO 9001 pack are as well made to be applicable to any organization.

The ISO 9001 pack is exhaustive. Depending on your organization, you will simply have to delete the procedures or processes that are not applicable.

What is the language of the ISO 9001 pack ?

You will receive both english and french version of the pack.

We are considering a spanish version, please contact us if it would be relevant for your company.

I have a problem opening the documents

The most common reason is : the path is too long for your computer to open it. Put the pack or the file you want to open in your “Desktop” folder and it should work perfectly.

About the ISO 9001 2015

What is the ISO 9001 standard ?

The ISO 9001 is a quality standard. It sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to.

It specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and

b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

All the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.

Why speaking about the 2015 version for the ISO 9001 ?

The ISO 9001 is reviewed every 5 years. The last time it had been reviewed was in 2015. In case the iso organization decides of an update in 2020, a group of experts will work on it for around 3 years to publish a new version of the standard in 2023. If it happens we will quickly update our documents.

How to become certified

The organization must ask for an audit from a certification body. An auditor will check your conformity rate to the ISO 9001 standard. Then he or she will decide whether your oganization is compliant or not.

How can I get the standard ?

You can buy the standard online through the website iso.org or another website. They will charge you the same price (around 130 euros or 160 dollards). It is possible as well to require it from your certification body.
